How to request a refund
Email hello@getsq1.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Subscription refunds
The money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription order. For subsequent orders, we offer refunds on unopened product within 14 days of delivery. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription from your account before the next billing date.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, let us know within 14 days and we’ll replace it immediately at no cost.
Non-refundable
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are not refundable. Bundles are refunded at the bundle price, not individual product MSRPs.
