United States

Free standard shipping on all US orders. Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our US fulfillment center. Standard delivery: 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.

Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) available at checkout for an additional fee.

International

We ship to Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Check the latest status anytime in your account.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship automatically on your selected interval (1, 3, or 6 months). You can skip a shipment, change frequency, or cancel anytime before your next charge date.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hello@getsq1.com within 14 days of the ship date and we’ll replace it free of charge.
